SHIPPING INFO

Please allow 2-3 business days (except holidays) to process and pack your order. If, for any reason, your order takes longer than 3 business days to process, we will contact you via email. We ship via USPS shipping with the below options.

USPS media mail (2-10 days)
USPS first class package on non-book items (2-5 days)
USPS priority mail (2-3 days)
USPS international first-class package (2 weeks-1 month depending on your country's customs)

Free standard shipping on orders over $75 method uses USPS media mail (2-10 days)

PAYMENT INFO

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards as well as Apply Pay. All pricing are in USD currency.

RETURN POLICY

If the return is based on a damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) shipped, in which case the shipping charge will be reimbursed. Please email returns@babysnacktime.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Type "Return Request" in the subject line. Please include your order number and contact information as well as whether if you received a defective, damaged or wrong item in the email body. Also indicate whether you want an exchange, correct item to be shipped to you, or refund. Once we receive your request, we will issue you a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number as well as a pre-paid shipping label to ship the item back to us. Once the item has been shipped back to us, we will process your request according to your resolution option.

Include the RMA number somewhere on the package or on the original packing slip with your return.Your RMA number is valid for 10 business days. If we do not receive the requested return items back within that period, your request will be voided and you will no longer be able to make the return.

Please use standard rate shipping to send the package to us. Pack and seal your return items securely (in the original package if possible).

Due to the level of return packages received, we will not be able to notify you when we receive your return, but we strive to process them quickly within 7-10 business days. We will e-mail you once everything is processed and completed. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method it was received.

WHOLESALE PRICING

If you own a children's boutique or bookstore and would like to carry our book in your shop, please email us with your business name, quantity of books you like to order (must be 5+) and we will provide you with the wholesale pricing.
